The Unlimited Nature of Abundance
Posted August 17, 2009 under Self Help
My mouth fell open when he said that, because such a comment is so far removed from the type of thing I expected him to say. Jim is extremely knowledgable about spiritual matters, has studied extensively on quantum physics, the laws of attraction and different manifestation techniques. Why then, would he hold such a limited perception about abundance?
I almost scolded him and reminded him how the universe really works, but instead I chose a softer approach.
I asked, “Jim, what kind of car do you drive?”
Knowing I already knew what kind of car he drives, he replied carefully, “A Lexus.”
I continued, “And when you bought that Lexus, did you deny other people the right to have one also?”
Frustrated, he said, “No, because there are plenty of other Lexus’s out there, and besides, not everyone wants a Lexus!”
I smiled, knowing he was getting my point loud and clear.
As Jim well knows, receiving abundance in any form, from any source does NOT deprive anyone of receiving abundance themselves!
Even if we were to view lotteries and sweepstakes from a purely physical, logical standpoint, there are usually varying levels of prizes. If one person were to win the biggest jackpot, others could still win smaller jackpots. There are dozens of different games to play, some of them occurring daily, some weekly, some bi-weekly. There are no shortage of lottery games to play and win – and everyone has the right to win multiple times even!
And of course, there are literally millions of other ways abundance can come into a person’s life besides lotteries and sweeptstakes.
My main point to Jim (and to you) is that the true nature of abundance is UNLIMITED. We are the ones who keep putting limits on it.
“I can only receive money through my job.”
“Money doesn’t grow on trees.”
“I don’t know how I can get more money.”
“There is only so much to go around.”
“That guy is greedy; he has a ton of money and I have little.”
My friend Jim was only displaying the limited thinking that so many of us were taught during our lifetime. I don’t hold that against him – I’ve done the same thing myself too many times to count.
We talked it out and he realized that perhaps some old programming may have popped up in his psyche and needed to be cleared so he can move on to his next phase of growth.
What about you? Are you putting limits on your own abundance potential? Are you closing off the many ways abundance can come to you? Are you afraid that by receiving abundance yourself you are depriving others of the same right?
There is *always* more than enough to go around, for everyone. Always. Be open to all forms of abundance and all avenues of prosperity – and you’re much more likely to be showered with every good thing you want!

Seven Characters from Rags to Riches
Posted August 4, 2009 under Self Help
1. They aspire to be rich. Success in any form happened in the mind. If you do not really want it, it will not happen. You can not just accidentally bump into an opportunity and get rich. It takes long process before wealth can develop. And wealth starts in your mind. One of the major mistakes that a lot of people have is that they see wealth as a representative of mean actions or people. They think that rich people take advantage. They think rich people do every possible choice to get their money most in a bad way. This is not necessarily true and you should not hold that thought. You can be both rich and benevolent to others. You can be self interest and altruist. We need to see rich with admiration and want to be one.
2. They made decision to be rich. Decision is one of the major events in life that create big impact to your mind. They know the consequences they want and they really want to enjoy those results. When you decide, no other option can come up. Others are not your options any more. Make a decision that failure on accumulate rich is not your option. Once you do it, your life will not be the same. What you focus now is on your mission to gather all the attributes and do the right things to become millionaire or billionaire. With the real decision alone, you are almost half way there.
3. They take massive actions. The rich people do not stop what they mean to do no matter what circumstance it is. They do not blame on others but instead take responsible in themselves. They work longer hours and they enjoy what they do. They do a lot more things than others who are in the same field. Number obviously counts. If you do more, you have more chances to hit the target. This is as simple as in math class. Do more and you will be surprised on the rewards you get.
4. They review their strategies. Although their target will never be changed. The rich are possible on their strategies and approaches. They keep record and see if what they do works. If not, they will not hesitate to change until they get the right approach and repeat it until they achieve their target. Many unsuccessful people do the contrary. They change that goals easily and they keep doing their un-effective method. Do not let this happen to you.
5. They have passion. This is a big secret in life. We do not just live and hunger for a bunch of printed papers called money. But we do know that money is one of the vehicles to make us become who we want to be. We will have joy and happiness every minute we are living once take this step. Becoming rich is not a result but a journey. Make this journey filled with fun and excitement. Cherish every moment you are living.
6. They do their best. The riches are not the ones who never fail. Actually most of them fail more than any one in their field because they do more. But every time they do, they do it wholeheartedly. They devote themselves on what they are doing. And it becomes their identity to do the best.
7. They have vision. The riches see future and see the possibilities. While regular people see how impossible it is to achieve things they want. The riches also practice visualization to attract their wealth. Some even do it unconsciously. Once they are good at it, they will get what we call luck. It is not luck but it is a circumstance they have attracted.
They are many rich people in this world. People just wonder why they could not be one. The seven characters here expose the most important elements that rich people have. And you can become one if you practice these characters.

Everyone’s Told You to Study Napoleon Hill -Yet How Can You Use His Book to *Think* and *Grow* Rich?
Posted July 23, 2009 under Motivational
And it’s true – I know almost all the top guys online and many of the best marketers in the world. I’m not aware of any of them who have read it fewer than a half dozen times. In fact they’ll tell you the more they read it, the more successful they became.
That’s my experience, too, especially once I read it from the standpoint of helping others master Napoleon Hill’s classic book from 1937 (I only use the Original Version, because it was changed many times over the years, even long after he died in 1970.)
The thing about “Think and Grow Rich”, as great as it is and as much as it can transform your life… the promise of the title has not been fulfilled for most people who’ve read the book.
In fact statistics I’ve seen say “Think and Grow Rich” has sold either 50,000,000 or 60,000,000 copies, depending on what your source is. Yet the book is widely credited with creating 1,000,000 millionaires.
Why not 50,000,000 or 60,000,000 millionaires? Why have fewer than 2% of the people who bought “Think and Grow Rich” been able to Think and Grow Rich?
The simple answer goes back to the fact that the most successful business people read it repeatedly and read it often.
For example, especially when they’re just starting to become successful, they keep it near them and read it at any breaks in the day – while they’re on-hold, waiting in an airport for their flight to leave, on the subway to and from work. They also listen to the audios of the Original 1937 Version while they’re driving.
Because it’s that constant reinforcement, over several weeks and months, that transforms how they Think, which then does result in them becoming Rich.
And, again, how rich they become is proportional to how often they study the book’s teachings and allow it to change how they think.
We know it takes most people three weeks to a month to make something a habit, and how we think is just a habit, too, the result of how we’ve become used to thinking. This is really “The Secret” to taking the wisdom in Napoleon Hill’s book and allowing it to deliver on its promise of making us rich.
Let’s look at it this way – most people have been trained to think of themselves as being the victim of circumstance and not having much power over their fate.
They’ve also been trained to lose interest in something and quickly move onto the next thing, so they don’t spend much time with anything and really benefit from any of it.
“Think and Grow Rich” isn’t meant to entertain you, although it will if you just read it casually. It’s meant to transform how you think, and it will if you use it the way Napoleon Hill intended.
Think about it. Your habits of thought, how you think, developed over a period of probably decades, and they determine all aspects of your life from how wealthy you are to how happy, how confident and how fulfilled you feel.
If you don’t have everything you want, right now, then how you think isn’t entirely supporting you.
Because as you know if you’ve studied “Think and Grow Rich” at least a half dozen times as the most successful people you respect, your life now is the exact result of your previous thinking.
You’ve heard the old cliche – and they become cliches because they’re true – “change your mind, change your life”. That’s the essence of how you will Think and Grow Rich.
The point of studying “Think and Grow Rich” six or more times is that continual exposure to this empowering wisdom will over time change your habits of thinking, replacing the old habits that no longer support who you are today. Instead, they build in you the habits of knowing and keeping in mind you have the power to create anything you want, and you have in the training the exact way of making it yours.
Once you’ve reached the “Thought Tipping Point” where the ongoing infusion of the Think and Grow Rich Philosophy has replaced your old habits of thought, then very quickly your life becomes better in all areas, and you start living the promise of the title.
That’s when you’ll Think and Grow Rich!

Demand Prosperity And Abundance!
Posted July 8, 2009 under Self Help
Years ago, I used to ask for greater abundance all the time (beg for it, actually), and then I’d wait anxiously, growing more and more impatient when it didn’t show up. Perhaps you’ve done that too? The problem with this activity is that it enhances the perception of POWERLESSNESS. When we do this we are holding a belief that “someone” has to approve our request, and we are at the mercy of their decision.
What if I told you it’s not true? What if I told you that YOU have the power to DEMAND your rightful abundance, right now?
The Law of Attraction takes its cues from YOU! It doesn’t think, question or judge. It doesn’t wait for you to become “good enough” or more deserving. It simply delivers what you expect to receive, period. If you’re not sure what you’ve been expecting in recent weeks and months, take a look at your life circumstances. Are you struggling with financial lack? Feelings of emptiness and frustration? Feelings of powerlessness and hopelessness?
EMBRACE YOUR POWER!
Below you’ll find three simple steps to reclaim your inner power and use it to create a more abundant life:
1) Believe you have the power to demand your rightful abundance.
The universe responds to your own thoughts, beliefs, emotions and expectations. Whatever you believe and focus on the most is what you’re going to get! If you consistently reinforce the belief that you are powerless and you need to wait for the universe to grant your wishes, you’ll be waiting for a long time!
Begin immediately to acknowledge and embrace your own power. You are a magnificent, dynamic creator in your own right! You DO have the power to decide your life circumstances – whether involving financial issues or anything else.
How much money do you want to have? What would you consider to be “enough”? Once you’ve gotten clear on what you want, DEMAND that it be so! Get angry. Get powerful! Tell the universe that you’re not going to settle for lack anymore and you are calling forth the material resources and abundance that you deserve – NOW!
2) Believe you deserve it.
Speaking of deserving, you must convince yourself that you deserve to have what you want. Do you consider yourself to be a good person? Do you believe you deserve to be comfortable and happy? What would you do with your life if you had plenty of money? How many people would you be able to help? Are you willing to give yourself that opportunity?
If you feel any twinges of doubt or uneasiness when you ponder these questions, you probably do not yet have the level of belief in your own worth that will be necessary to receive your rightful abundance. Begin working on boosting your self-worth each day by speaking kindly to yourself and affirming your value as a person. The more strongly you believe in your own worth, the more easily you’ll be able to open up and receive the things you want.
3) Believe that it’s already yours.
Once you’ve demanded your abundance, you’ve got to convince yourself that it’s already yours – simply because you choose it to be so! Imagine that someone told you they would be sending some money to you, and you knew without a doubt it would be arriving shortly. How would you feel? Confident, happy and expectant, right? Feel that way now! There is great power in holding this mind-set! I call it “active faith.” You simply choose to KNOW that your intentions will manifest.
It’s important to point out that “demanding” abundance and prosperity does not mean you are being greedy, selfish or ungrateful! Rather than seeing this activity as that of a petulant child, choose instead to see it as an act of confidence and choice by an empowered person. Know that you do have the power to choose your experiences, and you need not apologize or feel guilty for wanting to live an abundant life. Be grateful and appreciative of what you receive, and you will receive more!

Abundance for September and Positive Affirmations Day by Day
Posted July 4, 2009 under Self Help
I know folks who have lots of money, yet live in poverty consciousness. I know folks who have no challenge meeting their financial commitments, yet feel sadly lacking in confidence or friends or competence. I know folks who have very little in material possessions, yet their hearts are filled will love and joy. I am convinced that when you discern the energy of abundance as different from money and each of these different from prosperity, you free yourself to experience all three more fully.
You can use anything to experience abundance: dead leaves in the forest, the ocean, food, mountains, paper, trust, money, confidence, skills, anything! Abundance is about unlimited consciousness, not finite things. The consciousness of abundance creates those things.
You can explore the theme of Abundance with five different types of affirmations and practice exercises. The essence of this Process is to proceed through the month with a series of different types of concepts, affirmations, and exercises to explore the theme. In order to fully embrace abundance, it is helpful to acknowledge that the lack or opposite of abundance also exists. The key is to differentiate and choose.
Here are the types of affirmations, with brief description of each, and examples of exercises to practice the ideas.
Releasing/Cleansing Affirmations for September (September 1-7). The purpose of Releasing and/or Cleansing Affirmations is to let go of unwanted and unneeded stuff. This week, these affirmations support you in clearing away non-abundance and releasing resistance and contradictions to abundance.
Identify something that you believe you lack or have “not enough.” Before you decide on the obvious, explore aspects of the physical (including money, health, possessions), the emotional (including feelings and relationships), the mental (including knowledge and skills), and the spiritual (including connection with your higher consciousness and awareness of global or universal issues). With this idea (or several ideas) in your mind, energize this week’s affirmations to release lack
Receiving/Accepting Affirmations for September (September 8-14). The purpose of Receiving and/or Accepting Affirmations is to open to allow something to be or to become. Open to receive and accept abundance into your life.
Cultural conditioning tends to negate the truth that giving and receiving are the same. Religious dogma asserts that “it is better to give than to receive,” which, of course, says that giving and receiving are not the same, and, further, that one is better than the other. When you touch deeply into the energy of giving and receiving, you can more easily recognize that they are the same. Keep in mind, a recognition that “we are all one” helps to understand the depth of the truth that giving and receiving are the same.
Being/Intending Affirmations for September (September 15-21). The purpose of Being and/or Intending Affirmations is to ground your purpose, especially your higher purpose. To be and to intend are different, yet interrelated. Abundance opens you to more abundance.
Return to the situation that you identified in the first week of these affirmations. If you have not already done so, identify an intention for yourself related to that situation. Your intention can be as simple as, “To experience abundance.” Be certain that your statement of intention is something that you can remember so that you can say or think it as you find yourself in the dynamics of the situation. Go as deep as possible into the meaning of abundance in your life, with special emphasis on the exploration of this specific situation.
Acting/Claiming Affirmations for September (September 22-28). The purpose of Acting and/or Claiming Affirmations is to bring something into manifestation or to direct the energy of your intention to a desired manifestation. Allow all your actions to be associated with abundance. Then, move through the week energized by prosperous and fulfilling thoughts.
Return again to the situation that you identified in the first week of these affirmations. Consider the most satisfying action you can take with respect to that situation. Experiment (perhaps only in your mind’s eye) with at least twelve different actions. Even if you find it impractical or impossible to physically act out all twelve scenarios, you will have expanded your repertoire. Knowing you have choices can assist you in staying in the energy of abundance. Choose to act with abundance.
Integrating/Embodying Affirmations for September (September 29-31). The purpose of Integrating and/or Embodying Affirmations is to allow the energy and meaning of the affirmations to merge with your consciousness. It is important to understand that it is a continuous process to allow abundance to integrate into various aspects of your life. Do it, and then do it again and again and again.
Use your breath to integrate: Breathe in the energy of abundance; breathe out the energy of abundance.
Consider how and where you can find abundance in your life, right now.

What Has Our Beliefs Got to Do With Financial Abundance?
Posted June 17, 2009 under Motivational
This is because your beliefs will determine the ACTIONS that you take, which in turn, affect the result you receive.
Your beliefs act as an unspoken but powerful message to the universe. It is like sending an energy-gram that tells the universe what you want to experience in your life.
If you then take actions that underscore your beliefs, you have cemented the likelihood of a specific outcome taking place in your life.
Are you desperate for more money? On the other hand, you might also be resisting it at some level. Check out these common prosperity-blocking beliefs:
1. You have to work hard for money.
Many of us were raised to believe that hard work is the only way to get ahead in life, so we’ve become accustomed to struggling for every penny we earn.
We resist the idea of getting something for nothing. As a result, we push away the great opportunities that come our way. If this describes one of your beliefs, you will need to first work on changing your perception that money can only come to you through hard work.
You need to embrace a more optimistic mind-set and convince yourself that good things come to those who expect them, not just those who work like a dog for them.
2. You don’t deserve a lot of money.
If you have an underlying sense of unworthiness, you will consistently tell the universe, “Thanks but I don’t deserve it!”
To any abundance that comes your way. You will insist that others need it more than you do, and you will feel guilty if you even consider accepting more money or anything good. What is the remedy then – simply LOVE. You need to learn to love yourself and develop the belief that you DO deserve good things in your life, including money. If others deserve it, why shouldn’t you?
3. There is only so much to go around.
This lack focus is usually given to us by our parents through colorful exclamations like, “What, you think money grows on trees?”. Over time, we learn to see lack more than abundance and such a focus ensures that lack will be most prevalent in our lives.
To shift this perception, you need only look around at the massive abundance in the world. Think about wealthy people you know, or famous wealthy people. Think about the many various ways they have attracted abundance into their lives, and ask yourself why wouldn’t it be possible for you too?
If you simply stop focusing on lack and instead strive to recognize abundance, you will see that there are limitless resources available for all of us.
These are just a few of the beliefs that block abundance. If you want to increase your financial abundance, you have to start thinking about your own beliefs about money. Confront them and start to change, and then take actions that will help carry those beliefs into physical reality.

The Science of Getting Rich – Getting Rich the Scientific Way?
Posted June 6, 2009 under Self Help
When Wallace D. Wattles release his book ‘the Science of Getting Rich’ in 1910, little did he know the impact it would have on many persons lives almost one hundred years later. According to Wattles (and I totally agree with him) there is a science of getting rich and in order to be rich every man must adhere to its principles.
Now what is the science, what are the principles of getting rich? The major principle, I believe, is a natural law which states that ‘like causes always produces like effects’. Therefore the people in this world who are rich, become and remain rich because they are doing things in a particular way whether consciously or unconsciously. Those who are not doing things in this particular way, will remain poor no matter how hard or how long they work or how capable they are. This principle eliminates the excuse that the environment is why many are not rich. You see too many persons from poor backgrounds are rich or are becoming rich for this excuse to be true. It also eliminates the idea that doing things a particular way is only for persons with talent. No, no, no this can’t be it for there are many, many persons who possess great talent who continue to be poor, whilst others with little or no talent are getting rich every day. Let me repeat getting rich is the result of doing things a particular way. So if you are a plumber and other plumbers in your area are getting rich from plumbing while you are not then it will be because you are not doing things in the same way that the other plumbers are doing them.
The next principle is one that has over the last year or so, and still is, been getting a lot of attention. It is called The law of attraction and it has been made famous by Rhonda Byrnes’ book and DVD ‘The Secret’ which was featured on CNN and Oprah among other media programs. This principle states ‘Thoughts Become Things’. You see our world and everything in it first began with a thought. The thoughts that we think are emitted vibrations broadcasted into the universe, attracting to them vibrations of the same frequency which manifest what we come to see and experience in our physical world as our current reality. Man cannot shape a thing until he has first, thought that thing.
So if a person has the thought of a kitchen of a certain design and this thought is in line with the same frequency in the universe, it may not cause the kitchen to just instantly appear, but it would set in motion events and creative processes that will bring about the building of the kitchen to the specific design. For this reason it is important for us to communicate our thoughts to the universe if we are to cause the creation, or formation of the thing we think about.
The third principle is ‘The Law of Gratitude’ which is nothing more than giving thanks to God for his gifts. The more grateful we are as we focus our mind on God when good things come our way the more good things we will receive and the more quickly they will come. Gratitude draws our mind into closer link with God and His blessing. Many are kept in poverty by their lack of gratitude. If you consistently and truthfully express your gratitude and it is strong enough then God’s reaction will also be consistent, strong and continuous. The things you want always be moving toward you. When you live your life with gratitude you will find yourself focused on only the best and in turn this will bring to you only the best. Waste no time thinking or talking about the faults and flaws of others or even in you. Work instead on cultivating the habit of being grateful for every good thing that comes to you and give God thanks.
The fourth principle is that of Visualization of your desire and its attainment. You cannot transmit an idea unless you have it yourself. Visualization is about forming and holding a clear and definite mental picture of what it is you want. If it is you desire a brand new car, then it’s not good enough to visualize any old car. You must be more specific, in fact be as specific as possible. So instead you must see in your minds eye the car you want, the make and model, how it feels on the road, the colour, size of the wheel, its features, and even how you will feel driving it.
You must see the thing you want as they already exists, take possession of it in faith believing it is already yours and do not waiver for a moment in the faith that it is real.
The fifth principle is Personal Action. This arguably the second most important principle in the Science of Getting Rich for without action all your thoughts will mean and attain nothing. You must take definite action now. Your personal action, however, must be of such that you can rightly receive what you want when it comes. It makes no sense to desire something and not take some action towards its attainment, this will only lead to frustration leaving you feeling discouraged. There is a quote which says “He who desires but acts not breeds pestilence”. The way you think brings things to you but your by actions you receive them. You must act in a particular way such that you can appropriate what is yours when it comes to you. It does not matter what your situation is, whether it be favourable or not, you must not delay taking action. Wait not for favourable conditions. When you take personal action, do so with no thought of yesterday or tomorrow as your present action will be divided in your mind making you ineffective. So put your whole mind and body into the present action. Take action where you are now.
The last principle is that of Getting in the Right Business. You will do best in that business for which your abilities are best suited. That means it will be easier to succeed if you are in a business for which you are well equipped with the skills and mental tools. Bear in mind, however, that you can get rich in any business even if you do not possess the necessary talents because you can develop the skills needed as you go along. Also you can get rich most satisfactorily if you do that which you want to do. Doing what you want to do is at the core of what life is about. Now if you are in a business or situation that you do not want to be in but you have ‘no choice’ due to some obligation or responsibility like children to support, then do what you have to do. You can make the doing of it pleasing by knowing (reminding yourself) that it is making it possible for you to get to the doing of what you want to do. By making constructive use of the business you are already in and working in a particular way, you can get into the business you want. Always start from where you are.
The science of getting rich gives you the courage and the power to handle any circumstance that may obstruct your progress towards getting rich. Once you follow and obey the principles you cannot fail to get rich. Practice the instructions and you will surely get rich and you will do so in exact proportion to the definiteness of your vision, the fixity of your purpose, the steadiness of your faith and the depth of your gratitude.

Thoughts on Abundance for Personal Empowerment
Posted May 26, 2009 under Self Help
Abundance: What it is; What it isn’tHere’s a concept that is the basis of many of my thoughts and practices about abundance: Abundance and money are not the same. Nor is either the same as prosperity. We can learn about abundance using money as a vehicle, but the two are not synonymous. I believe that if we all unhook from the belief that money and prosperity and abundance are the same, we will experience more of all three! Each of us has a right to be inundated with all three, if that is our desire.
Someone can have lots of money, yet live in poverty consciousness. Someone can easily meet financial commitments, yet feel sadly lacking in confidence or friends or competence or joy. We can use anything to experience abundance: dead leaves in the forest, the ocean, food, mountains, paper, trust, money, confidence, skills, anything! Abundance is about unlimited consciousness, not physical things. The consciousness of abundance creates those things.
About an Over-arching IntentionI advocate identifying an intention for all new explorations and ventures. Intention is the energy or consciousness from which actions emerge. An over-arching intention is a broad intention that can guide your vision and direction. Here are a few suggestions for statements of intention about the theme of Abundance:
To live in the constant realization that all my needs are met.
I realize that I manifest from Spirit, not from the physical.
To know in each moment that I create my life from the abundance of the universe.
I know that all my needs are met.
About a Challenge
I challenge you in this way: Stop yourself from affirming your lack or your lack consciousness. Make it into a game. The more anti-abundance thoughts you catch and stop, the better. Listen to the words you say out loud as well as to the thoughts you keep in your head. Here are a few examples of common expressions that affirm lack, limitation, or poverty:
I (We) don’t have any (or enough) money / time / skills.
I (We) can’t afford that.
I’m no good. I’m not enough.
I’m afraid I (we) won’t have enough money.
I worry about money / time / job / someone else / myself.
I can’t ever seem to get ahead.
I’m depressed / powerless / a victim.
You get the idea. And, of course, there are many variations on not-enough expressions. In fact, such expressions are in too great an abundance! These emerge from a strongly held belief in limitation. Individuals have colluded with each other to continue to perpetuate this belief. Incidentally, if you try to prove that your belief in limitation or lack is justified, then you are arguing for limitations. You have a right to do this, but I think it’s important that you know the consequences: your arguments — especially vehement arguments — about limitations create the experiences that manifest further limitations.
So, here are a few alternative expressions to help you to transition out of the not-enough-money cycle:
I choose to spend my money on something else.
I know that all my needs are met.
I am fed by the Divine.
I love money.
Here is a vacuum created to be filled with money.
I open a space so that money can flow in.
And some alternatives on non-money lack belief:
I have all I need.
I have all the ______ I need / want / desire / choose.
I am powerful.
I am joyful / happy / peaceful.
I am in charge of my life.
My thoughts produce my experiences.
About another ChallengeMany people stay in a consciousness of lack, limitation, depression, or victim because of telling and retelling and retelling yet again the same same same story. It’s a bit like memorizing a script and spewing out the words when the right cue comes along. If you have a depressing or disempowering story that you tell repeatedly, identify it. And then select one of the following suggestions to come to closure on it. Each retelling locks the thoughts in more deeply, creating more of the same experiences.
Resolve to tell it one more time. This time, tell it to someone who agrees to listen to you with 100% of his or her attention, without judgments or sympathy or advice or suggestions for resolution. Deep listening is the greatest gift we can give each other. The philosophy behind this suggestion is that you are more likely to give up this story if you feel someone you trust has heard you deeply. Move forward with your life.
An alternative to the above is to act out the depressing or disempowering story either alone or with a trusted audience. Exaggerate all the points of the story so that it is so big and out of proportion that the memory fades from a barrier in your life to a small speck that can be flicked away. Move forward with your life.
Understand that each retelling is an opportunity for you to learn something new. Watch for the learning. If there is no new learning, consider that you are complete. Move forward with your life.
Write an article, letter, or journal entry about it. (Note: that says “write” not “publish.” Let this be the last — unless, of course, you want to keep manifesting the story. Move forward with your life.
Let the past be the past. Live in the present. It is in the present moment that you are creating your future. The fullness of time is in the present moment – now that is abundance!

Abundance and Prosperity: 3 Powerful Tips to Attract Abundance and Prosperity in Your Life
Posted April 9, 2009 under Self Help
But don’t worry. In this article, I will share with you the secret to manifesting abundance and prosperity.
You don’t need to have a lot of money right now in order to gain more in the future. All you need to do is follow these simple steps.
Stop Being Negative
Somehow, you can’t seem to get these negative aspects out of your mind. You’re worried about your bill. You **** your job and your salary.
These thoughts won’t do you any good at all. Instead of attracting abundance and prosperity, you’re almost sending out a beacon of light to all your worries.
Stop thinking about them! When a negative thought slips into your mind, simply say “Delete, delete, delete!” then turn your thoughts to positive matters.
Start Thinking of the Opportunities
Instead of dwelling on what you don’t have, focus on what you’re grateful for. A great way to do this is to make a list of your blessings.
This is actually a pretty helpful exercise in attracting abundance and prosperity because it allows you to become more conscious of what you have. By doing this, you’re pulling more wonderful opportunities your way.
Adopt A Morning Mantra
In order to keep yourself in good spirits, you can also accompany your breakfast with a morning mantra.
You don’t have to chant ohms and ahms like Tibetan monks. All you have to do is write an affirmation of what you want this day to be like.
Then, repeat it to yourself for around five or ten times in front of the mirror. This way, you’re programming abundance and prosperity to come into your life.
When attracting abundance and prosperity, don’t limit yourself to just material gain. While it’s nice to have more money or power, you might want to think of improving your own relationships and spirituality as well.

Be Mentally Rich First!
Posted March 26, 2009 under Self Help
Does this process sound familiar to you? It may not be an expensive watch but something else that you truly desired. When you truly desired for something, you will think of all ways and means to achieve it. In other words, you need to think about how to make or save enough money before you can buy it.
What I trying to point out here is that it is the same if I want to achieve great wealth. For example, if I truly desire to accumulate one million dollar in wealth, then I will need to think about how to achieve it. The thinking process must come first before I can actually achieve my goal in the real physical world.
Once I have understood that the thinking process must come first, I realized that my thinking process determines whether I can be wealth or rich. If I think like a poor man, then I will always be poor in my life. This is because I am likely to make poor financial decisions and investments based on my thoughts. If I think like a rich man, then I will likely to be rich in my life. This is because I likely to make good financial decisions and investments based on my rich man thinking process.
The rich man thinking process is what I have understood as a mentally rich mind. I gathered from the Rich Dad Series, one has to be mentally rich before one can be truly rich in real life. A mentally rich person can be materially poor at the moment, but he will definitely gain wealth given time.
Just to give you an idea what do I mean by a mentally rich mind. If you were to ask someone what if he were to loss everything today? If he answered that he would gain back everything in a matter of a few years, then he would be considered a mentally rich person. If he answered otherwise, then he is unlikely to be a mentally rich person.
How can I become a mentally rich person? Well, let us look at how our minds react to television programs series or movies. If I were to watch violence television programs continuously for a period of time, I realized that my mind would think about the violence television programs. My mind would go one step further to create new violence thoughts that are not related to the television programs at all.
Similarly, if I were to watch comedy programs, I realized that my mind would think about the comedy programs. Also, my mind would start generate new funny thoughts that are not related to the comedy programs.
In other words, our mind is very creative. If we feed our mind with violence, our mind will think and create violence thoughts. If we feed our mind with loving kindness, our mind will think and create loving kindness thoughts.
With this understanding of how my mind work, I realize that I can become a mentally rich person by exposing myself constantly to mentally rich ideas. What are the ways that I can expose myself to mentally rich ideas? Below are some ideas.
Firstly, I can read books on how to create wealth. I can get these books from the bookshops or borrow from the library. Also, I can borrow from my friends if they happen to have these books.
Secondly, I can attend seminars on creating wealth. If I find that attending live seminar is too expensive, I may look for a more affordable source. Maybe I will attend recorded online video seminars.
Thirdly, I can attend courses on creating wealth and meet minded people. If I find that attending live courses is too expensive, I may look at self-study course.
Next, I can join forums that discuss on how to create wealth. In this way, I will be exposed to many ideas on how to become rich.
By constantly immersing myself in an environment full of mentally rich idea, I believe I will slowly become a mentally rich person.
