Many people believe that an abundant lifestyle is about having money and everything material. Well if this is what you think, you may be in for a let down.
Of course we would all rather be rich and miserable than poor and miserable, but to have wealth and happiness is achievable.
When your partner comes home after a day at work, greet him/her at the door and say hello. Ask how his/her day went; keep asking it will become a good habit after 21 days.
When your partner leaves for work in the morning, say Goodbye and I love you or Have a good day, and make sure you do it with an abundant heart, remembering you want an abundant lifestyle in the future. When you ask your partner a question, make eye contact and listen to the answer.
When your partner faces a challenge at work during the day, ask how it went when you get home. Remember though that because of our natures, it is likely the male will want to shrink into his cave for an hour or so, before discussing such issues.
During your evening meal together, avoid the temptation to watch television or read the paper or mail. Look at your partner and have a conversation.
If you want to make plans that affect how your partner will be spending time, check with him/her first and make sure it is convenient.
When you disagree with something your partner says, pay attention to your response. Do you express your opinion without putting him/her down? You can express your opinion assertively rather than aggressively.
For example, you can say, “I have another opinion. I think we should wait until spring to have the walls painted,” rather than, “That’s silly! We should wait until spring.”
Pay attention to how much of your side of the conversation is asking questions versus making statements. If you tend to be the dominant one, ask more questions. When you ask your partner a question, make eye contact and listen to the answer.
Ask open-ended questions to encourage your partner to open up and talk. Open-ended questions begin like this: What was it like when. Tell me about. What do you think of.
Have you become passive with your partner because that is the easiest way to avoid conflict? Over time, this is not a good idea. You will inevitably begin to build up feelings of resentment because you are stifling your feelings, thoughts, and opinions.
If you think you are choosing passive behaviour too often, think about discussing it with your partner and asking him/her to help you be more assertive.

They value and honor their own privacy and separateness as a couple. This means they have regular, appropriate contact with their extended family, but that it is not excessive or stifling. How do you compare?

You messages are damaging because they make the other person feel bad or disrespected.

It is less blameful and less negative than the you message. You can use this formula: a. Your feelings b. Describe the behaviour c. Effect on you.

It takes some practice and you have to stop and think about what you are going to say, but your relationship deserves to be handled with care.

How to Create Wealth and Abundance
People have always wanted to be rich. And why not? Financial problems are a drag! While most of us in the developed world aren’t going hungry (unless we’re on a diet!) we know what it is to have to budget in order to pay the house payment or rent. Many of us have overextended ourselves on credit cards and have problems paying all the bills even when we have a pretty good income. Yes, a bit more money would be nice! While money has always been a desired commodity, “abundance” has become a buzzword recently. Just having money is not the same as having abundance. Abundance refers to a satisfied, comfortable existence. Abundance is being able to share nice food and drink with guests. Abundance is having a comfortable bed and a happy marriage. Money can help you create abundance, but it doesn’t take the place of it.
So how can we think and act to create a wealthy, abundant life for ourselves and our families? It all starts in the mind. Wealth happens to people because they think positively about money and expect success and riches. You can be a financial success. Develop a healthy respect for yourself, for your dreams and abilities. One simple exercise you can do is to say to yourself each morning, the first thing after you get our of bed, “I believe. I believe. I believe.” Then start to verbally list the things you believe.
For instance, I believe there is enough abundance to go around. I believe I have the ability to do the things I must do today to insure that my business succeeds. I believe other people will respond favorably to me in most cases. I believe that those who do not have their reasons, and it doesn’t need to threaten my confidence. I believe I can do it. I believe I deserve wealth and abundance as much as anyone does.
Abundance is a little different commodity than just wealth. Many people are wealthy without having a gracious, abundant style of living. To create abundance in your life, pay attention to small details. Many of the things that can be done to create an abundant life fall in the jurisdiction of the homemaker in the family. For instance, are things neat and orderly?
A real killer of abundance and peace of mind is clutter. In todays affluent homes, clutter can be a real challenge. The fact is, there is only enough time in life to enjoy a finite amount of stuff. Kids don’t have time to play with and bond to more than a few select toys, so why own hundreds? You probably don’t have time to enjoy all the books you might own, and most of them can be checked out of the library anyway. Similarly, you will probably never go through those stacks of magazines or wear many of the clothes that are choking your closet.
In many ways, less really is more. Get into the habit of getting rid of the extra things in your home that you really won’t use and don’t need. Having breathing space in your home is one of the first steps to creating an atmosphere of luxury and ease.

Ok, you MUST of heard of The Rich Jerk! You know. Hes the guy who apparently makes millions on the Internet and loves nothing more that to belittle others about it!! He sells a guide on how to do the same!
Well, ive had enough of his obscene ego! Here im going to give you an in depth insight The Rich Jerks guide. I probably shouldn’t, and he wont like it but i don’t care. Here goes!!
The Rich Jerk starts off with the top six ingredients that he uses to write a sales letter. Most of them are nothing that i haven’t already heard of and used, however the first ingredient is a stroke of genius. It is one of those things that you sub-counciously already know, you just haven’t got access to it! You will be able to use this technique in all of your sales promotions not just your sales letters.
Next up in The Rich Jerk he talks about hes pay-per-click strategies. Again, most of the stuff id already heard off but once more he slips in a little nugget of brilliance. This method should go a long way in making your ads stand out and crush the competition. I the tip that The Rich Jerk gave, with excellent results. For me this has alone proved, literally, to be worth the price of the book Its hard to monitor exactly what changes you make do what within a adwords campaign, but i firmly believe that this one tip has nearly doubled my monthly adwords profits. Real good stuff!
Here we take a look at The Rich Jerks adsense strategies. Not sure if i should be telling you this but what he advises is what is known as traffic arbitrage. Whats traffic arbitrage i hear you say. Its basically buying buying web traffic cheap from one place and then selling it to another place for more money! which is buying traffic cheap from one source and selling it high to another… For instance you could be buying traffic from GoClick for 7p, then sending that traffic to a page that you have set your adsense up on that is worth 28p. This is a strategy that i have been using successfully before i read it in The Rich Jerk. It is not a particularly well known technique, so I cant say that im all that pleased with The Rich Jerk for telling everybody about it. It is however excellent news for you. Once you get the hang of it you can add about £150 a month to your income within about 2 hours.
The Rich Jerk now enlightens us all with his SEO strategies… alarm bells are ringing!!! This, i think is absolute rubbish. He basically advices you to buy thousands of incoming links then use a $1700 search engine cloaker!!!!! Great. Cheers Rich Jerk!
Next Chapter in The Rich Jerk is how to sell your own product. This is some very solid information and i managed to pick up more than a couple of interesting *** bits here.
Ebay! – Im not a big fan of Ebay, so im only gonna touch upon this. Here, The Rich Jerk lists all of his wholesale suppliers. I happen to know that there allot of complete rip off wholesale merchants out there so a list provided by The Rich Jerk himself holds allot of water to my mind.
The rest of the Rich Jerk concentrates on HYIP’s. Im not a huge believer in the validity of these, although i do know some people who have earned allot of money from these.
Bottom line, do i recommend The Rich Jerk? Yes I do! Since buying The Rich Jerk ebook I have cherry picked my favorite tips out, implemented them and have earned the price of the book 150 times over! No, really i have!
If your a complete newbie to Internet marketing then i can not think of a better guide than The Rich Jerk. Likewise if your an old sea dog like me, you will still pick up some real pieces of gold from The Rich Jerk!

5. The Law of Prosperity
We must believe that it is God’s will for us to live in abundance whether be it spiritually, emotionally, physically or financially.
2 Corinthians 8:9; “For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ; that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, so that you through His poverty might become rich.”
This is the basis for a life of abundance. Christ became poor in every aspect so that we may enjoy the riches of God. Christ did not die for one aspect of our lives but in all parts of our lives. Financial abundance is just one of the areas.
Prosperity therefore is not measured by the state of our bank accounts. It is a state of being. What do I mean by the ‘state of being’? Let me illustrate by using examples. For someone who is sick and maybe suffering from cancer, the chance to be healthy again is wealth. For someone who is not able to walk, to walk again is wealth. To a person ridden with guilt from wrong doings, to be forgiven is wealth. Therefore, when Christ died for us in order for us to enjoy the richness of God’s abundance, it is more than just money we are talking about here. Having money is simply one aspect of prosperity.
How then do we not fret and worry about finances or if we are rich, how do we not worry about loosing our money? It is to know our source. Prosperity is being secure in our source. If we know that the source of our money comes from God, we are secured in the Lord, knowing He will provide. However, if we placed our source and trust in men, then when men failed us, we will fail, too. Only those who focus on God and know He is their source of salvation, they will not fret and worry. Instead, they will prosper. Do not focus on the lovely blueberry pie before you. Focus on the baker for he can give you another blueberry pie when someone ate your share.
When we focus on God, 2 Corinthians 9:8 says “And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work”.
NKJ Version says “And God is able to make all grace toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work”. I would like you to take note of the words “all” that comes up many times; “all grace”, “all things”, “all times”, “all that you need”, “every good work” also “all good work”. God is able to give you all that you need at all times to do your good work. The NKJ Version mentions “always having all sufficiency”. It means we will never be in lack but always be supplied with more than enough in everything so that we can keep on giving to do lots of good works.
Our source of supply is God. Through the cross, we share in the riches of Christ. God promised in 2 Corinthians 9:10-11, that He will supply our seeds, increase our barn of storage of seeds, and we will be able to keep on giving and giving more each time. We can be generous in every way.
This is what 2 Corinthians 9:10-11 says “Now he who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will also supply and increase your store of seed and will enlarge the harvest of your righteousness. You will be made rich in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God.”
God increases our store of seeds so that we can be generous. Just as it says so, the opposite can also be true. If you are not generous, it means your storage of seeds is little.
We always reap more than what we sow. This is the law of prosperity. Why do we reap more than what we sow? We don’t plant one seed to reap one seed but a whole tree of fruits and each fruit has more than one seed. If this is true in the physical term, what’s more in the spiritual realm?! God will never short change us if we are faithful to do what He instructed. We are make rich in every way so that we can be generous on every occasion, at all times and through our generosity, it will result in thanksgiving to God. This leads us to the last law. When we sow, we sow with purpose.

It means we will never be in lack but always be supplied with more than enough in everything so that we can keep on giving to do lots of good works.
Our source of supply is God. Through the cross, we share in the riches of Christ. God promised in 2 Corinthians 9:10-11, that He will supply our seeds, increase our barn of storage of seeds, and we will be able to keep on giving and giving more each time. We can be generous in every way.
This is what 2 Corinthians 9:10-11 says “Now he who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will also supply and increase your store of seed and will enlarge the harvest of your righteousness. You will be made rich in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God.”
God increases our store of seeds so that we can be generous. Just as it says so, the opposite can also be true. If you are not generous, it means your storage of seeds is little.
We always reap more than what we sow. This is the law of prosperity. Why do we reap more than what we sow? We don’t plant one seed to reap one seed but a whole tree of fruits and each fruit has more than one seed. If this is true in the physical term, what’s more in the spiritual realm?! God will never short change us if we are faithful to do what He instructed. We are make rich in every way so that we can be generous on every occasion, at all times and through our generosity, it will result in thanksgiving to God. This leads us to the last law. When we sow, we sow with purpose.

Enjoying Abundance and Prosperity

The word Abundance expresses “more” and evokes the idea of surplus, excess, or having a large quantity. It is the opposite of scarcity or being scarce.
When people think of abundance, they usually think of having a surplus of money. However, abundance can mean having a surplus in a variety of areas like emotional and spiritual.
When people focus on attracting abundance and prosperity, they mainly focus on creating financial abundance and for good reasons. Try living for a month without any money to buy food or pay for shelter.
While wealth is one area to manifest abundance, it is not the only area to have abundance. There are many who have enough money to buy just about anything they want, yet they are still unfulfilled. That is because they lack abundance in other areas of their lives.
Although though focusing on financial abundance is important, one should also focus on other abundances to be truly satisfied and live a fulfilled life.
Let’s discuss the other areas of abundance one can enjoy and improve on.
Mental Abundance – Mental abundance is about having an abundance mentality. It is realizing that there is no scarcity in this world, and that there really is enough resource in the world to go around. A mentally abundant person is not driven by a fear of lack or loss, so they don’t act in desperation. They can enjoy the present moment and be able to give and be generous.
Emotional Abundance – Emotional abundance means one is fully human, they feel love, joy, and other positive emotions that make a person happy. It means possessing emotions that bring about a balance in one’s humanity. An emotionally abundant person will have more space in his heart to accept the shortcomings of other people.
Physical Abundance – Physical abundance is about having good health and physical fitness. It means absence of sickness and disease or being able to heal the body when it is confronted with such disease.
This is one form of abundance people take for granted the most. When people are healthy, they do not appreciate just how fantastic good health is. It is one of those things that money can’t always buy. And when you lack physical abundance, it limits you in more ways than being short in financial, mental, or emotional abundance ever could.
Spiritual Abundance – For the purpose of this article, spiritual abundance is not about religion or your beliefs. It has to do with passion and enjoying what you do. Having spiritual abundance means delighting your soul and connecting to something bigger than yourself.
So, these are some of the examples of abundance, besides financial, one can have and develop. As you learned from the wealth example, having prosperity in one area can still leave you feeling unfulfilled and empty. This is why it is important to work on enjoying all areas of abundance and prosperity in your life.
Every person has enough in life; some have financial, health, or emotional abundance. It is just that as people, we tend to focus only on the area where we have the least amount of abundance. To truly enjoy abundance and prosperity in your life, build on areas where you lack abundance and learn to appreciate the abundance you already have. Whatever it is you possess, learn to appreciate it and use it wisely.
